Mated these tweeters up with 2 pair of the EM 8ohm Cerwin Vega 6 1/2 inch mid/woofers wired in parallel to give a 4ohm load..absolutely awesome sound..typical of Cerwin Vega..clean crisp..clear & loud !! all in an open baffle configuration - style cabinet I made. Excellent 6 1/2 inch mid/woofer driver. I originally chose these because they were identical to the mids in the Cerwin Vega 300SE's.. they are !!.(read my other reviews). Typical.. Cerwin Vega..I could feel "em punchin" from the centre ov the TV screen, not to mention that clear ..clean sound as well.
