The part number for this Dow-Key switch is 4A3-320803C. It runs on 12 volts of DC Power and have mosfet drivers as well as pulse latching. These units were pulled from card assemblies and are in great condition. Some have small scuffs of dents.

This switch is rated between 0-18 GHz with a switching time of 15 mS maximum. All of the front connectors are SMA female.
